Returns & Refunds
You are entitled to cancel or return your order, in its entirety or partially, within 14 days after receipt, without penalty, for any reason, and without justification.

If your return request is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Any returned product must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, unused, and in its original packaging, including any seals left intact. You will also need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
You are responsible for bearing the costs of returning any product.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and address it.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including but not limited to:
- Bespoke products (such as special orders or personalised items)
- Unsealed or opened cosmetics products, which are not suitable for return due to reasons of hygiene and health protection

EXCHANGES
We currently do not offer exchanges. Once a return is accepted, you will need to make a separate purchase for any new item.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too. If more than 15 business days have passed following approval of your return, please contact us at info@korus-beauty.com.
