May be used with or without a cotton pad.

How to Use

Pour onto a cotton pad and gently wipe over face and neck until all makeup and impurities have been removed. For waterproof or heavy makeup, allow the cotton pad to sit on the area for about 10 seconds.

Optional: followup rinse with warm water
As needed: secondary cleanser
